Pilates with Claire Harris
A passionate advocate of the benefits of Pilates, Claire believes that movement should be fun and is passionate about getting everybody moving. Claire enjoys teaching a wide range of abilities from gentle to dynamic, complete beginners to those who may be apprehensive about joining a group class, to those wanting to use Pilates to enhance their sports performance.
About the class
This 45 minute class will get you moving your body from head to toe. We’ll move through exercises designed to release tension from neck, shoulders and back on to larger movements that will leave your body feeling lengthened and relaxed. After the class we’ll have time for any questions that you might have about the Pilates method. This is an open level class but due to the nature of online this class is not suitable if you are working
with acute injuries or significant conditions. If you are unsure if this class is suitable for you, please do get in touch.

Full Body Hiit Workout with Roxy Smith PT
Roxy is a London based Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with HIIT workouts being one of her favourite types to lead. Her sessions always centre around hard work, positivity, vibrant music and fun – beginners are very much welcome to take the mat with her!
She will be taking you through an energetic full body HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout, involving a variety of strength and cardio exercises designed to raise your heart rate, burn calories and get you seriously sweating! The virtual session will also include a warm up, cool down and stretching - all you need is a mat and enough room to freely do your thing!

Contemporary HIIT with ZKFit
ContemporaryHIIT is a combination of dynamic contemporary dance based movement and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) This whole body workout focuses of stamina, strength and mobility, working on both a rotational and linear plain. For all levels and abilities
Kate trained at Northern School of Contemporary Dance and London Contemporary Dance School and holds a Personal Training qualification with Premier levels 2 and 3.
Her career as a performer, teacher and choreographer, enabled her to work with a range of companies including Rambert Dance Company, Billy Elliot, Wayne McGregor | Random, Avant Garde Dance, East London Dance, The Place, London Studio Centre, Mimbre and Tavaziva to name a few. As a teacher Kate’s experience spans levels and generations and she is currently Foundation course Leader at London Studio Centre - teaching contemporary release/Cunningham technique, contact, choreography and Fitness. Kate is the founder of ZKFIT where she wants exercise to be accessible for all levels, abilities and to make people enjoy exercise. Kate’s dual passion for both dance and fitness has led to the creation of her ContemporaryHITT concept combining contemporary release-based sequences and HIIT training.

Yoga and Relaxation with Sherene
This session is for all abilities, combining yoga asana (postures) to build strength and flexibility. Using breathwork and relaxation to calm and connect the breath, body and mind.
Please make sure you have space for yourself and a yoga mat. Wear layers of clothing in case you get too warm but also enough to wear during the breathwork and relaxation. You may want a bolster (or pillow with a towel wrapped around it) to support the knees and lower back and a blanket for relaxation.

Delycia Belgrave is a successful musical theatre performer and choreographer. She travels the world, performs in London’s West End and delivers masterclasses. Delycia’s experience as a dancer and engagement with other performers has given her the tools to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle and she is passionate about helping others on their personal journey to good gut health and nutrition.

Delycia has developed effective habits that have changed her life for the better by challenging food myths and cultural traditions. From stress and illness to skin and weight issues, the solution always starts on the inside. Our relationship with food is a personal, what works for one person is not necessarily going to work for another, so come willing to explore what may work for you.
